CapitaLand's The Stature is on track for completion by year 2020 at a total development cost of S$220 million. The Stature Jakarta is jointly developed by Singapore's CapitaLand and Indonesia's Credo Group.

The integrated development will have a total GFA of 55,500 sqm and comprise of the Stature Residences, a 29-storey residential tower with 96 units; Ascott Menteng Jakarta, a 24-storey premium serviced residences tower; Stature Tower, a 20-storey Grade A office building; and lifestyle retail outlets.
